  • How do I place an order?
    A: If you are a customer, please see our online store.

 

  • How long does shipping take?
    A: Estimated travel time within could be between 2-7 business days depending on courier. Due to Covid-19, delivery time may be longer than usual.

 

  • How can I track my order?
    A: For customers, the tracking information will be added to your order after it has been dispatched.

 

  • Does Wooderful life offer wholesale opportunities?
    A: Yes we do, we currently stock Wooderful life at over 70 retailers. If you are interested in becoming a retailer, please click here.

 

  • I’m an international customer. Do you ship overseas?
    A: No, please look for your local stockist.

 

  • How can I add an item to my order once it’s been processed?
    A: We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Wooderful life goodies to your order, however once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.

 

  • What payment methods do you take?
    A: We take Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, Paypal and AMEX.

 

  • What do I do if I need a refund or exchange?
    A: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to return a faulty item, please follow the guidelines ​here​. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted. We do not offer change of mind refunds.

 

  • Can I get my order gift wrapped?
    A: Please note that we are unable to gift wrap your order.

 

  • Can I include a card in my order?
    A: Please note that we are unable to include any cards or notes in your order.

  • Where are the products made?
    A: Wooden pieces for each product are laser cut in Taiwan. These products are then hand assembled in China.

 

  • What are Wooderful life products made of?
    A: Our products are made from natural timber and recycled wood. We are proud to say that each product is unique and made from different parts of wood.

 

  • Do you have a showroom where I can see all your products personally?
    A: We do not currently have a showroom but you can view all our products on our catalogue. If you would like to see our products in person, please find your closest stockist here.

 

  • I can’t find a product on your online shop. Where can I find this item?
    A: If you can’t find a specific product on our website, it means that we are most likely out of stock online and are awaiting for the next shipment! Our retail stores may have the products you are looking for on our stockist list.

 

  • My product broke and I need it to be fixed. What do I do?
    A: Please fill in this damage report form within one week of receipt. Alternatively, if you received the product as a gift – please email images of the broken product to gifts@ozanimart.com.au. Please note that the cost of fixing the product will vary depending on the assessment of the product and that there will also be a flat shipping rate. If you are from overseas, please contact jeanco.service@gmail.com.
